Can I change my order after?
You can make any adjustments to your order over the phone, provided that the order has not been sent yet. If the order is already shipped, you can make no changes.

How can I control my order?
You can view your order information by clicking onto the “My Account” section.You will see your order lists both previous and active transactions.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order till it has not been shipped that your purchase was validated. Please note: Actualy shipping might have taken place before Order Status can be updated therefore request to contact us for any such query.
What should I keep in mind with the shipping?
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you should know that the delivery time is counted from the receipt of payment and confirmation of our bank.
How can I return a product?
If you need to return a product, please contact us, we will handle on case to case basis. Since most of the products are food, returning all of them might not be feasible. Also packing for return is the responsibility of the Customer. Please ensure proper packing.
